Return & Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY

Exchange:

  1. We offer exchanges and alterations within 3 days of delivery. No exchanges will be entertained after this period.
  2. For exchanging the item please inform us via email or WhatsApp and we will arrange a reverse pick up for you. Please ensure that the price tags and labels on the product are intact, and the garment is unused.
  3. We request that you send the product in the same condition as you received it, along with the original invoice, preferably in its original packaging.
  4. Once the product inspection is completed, we will credit the amount to your store wallet, which you can redeem within 180 days.
  5. We do not offer exchanges on discounted products.

Return or Refund Policy:

  1. We do not offer returns or refunds, as these orders are specially made for you. However, if there is any defect, please reach out to us.
  2. In case of any unforeseen circumstances, if we are not able to produce your order, you will be offered an alternate option or full refund.
