Return & Exchange Policy
EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICY
Exchange:
- We offer exchanges and alterations within 3 days of delivery. No exchanges will be entertained after this period.
- For exchanging the item please inform us via email or WhatsApp and we will arrange a reverse pick up for you. Please ensure that the price tags and labels on the product are intact, and the garment is unused.
- We request that you send the product in the same condition as you received it, along with the original invoice, preferably in its original packaging.
- Once the product inspection is completed, we will credit the amount to your store wallet, which you can redeem within 180 days.
- We do not offer exchanges on discounted products.
Return or Refund Policy:
- We do not offer returns or refunds, as these orders are specially made for you. However, if there is any defect, please reach out to us.
- In case of any unforeseen circumstances, if we are not able to produce your order, you will be offered an alternate option or full refund.
